Dave Stein was a Subaru guy.  He dipped his toes into the EV world with a 2nd generation Chevy Volt and then made the leap to a Kia EV6 AWD.  

As a software engineer in the auto industry he also “hacked” his Chevy Volt with a switch to avoid the combustion engine (ICE) from starting just to heat the cabin. 

We also dive into AWD performance and winter tires for Michigan driving as well as EV specific repair shops.
