Bugün sizinle “Hedefler ve Motivasyon” üzerine konuşacağım. Hepimiz bir hedefe ulaşmaya çalışıyoruz aslında, değil mi? Bazılarımız kendine dil öğrenme hedefleri koyuyor, bazılarımız seyahat etme hedefleri, bazılarımız sağlıklı yaşama, bazılarımız da yeni iş hedefleri koyuyor. Hepimiz genelde bu işlere çok büyük bir motivasyonla başlıyoruz. Ama bazen yolda kaybolabiliyoruz ve motivasyonumuzu kaybedebiliyoruz. İşte tam da bu noktada, kendimizi tekrar toparlamak için küçük ama etkili birçok strateji var. Biraz onlardan bahsedelim. Öncelikle, bir hedef koymak çok önemli. Bu hedef büyük olabilir, sorun yok, ama onu ulaşılabilir parçalara bölerek daha yönetilebilir hale getirmek çok önemli. Bu, aslında hedefinize daha kolay odaklanmanızı sağlıyor ve sizi daha çok motive ediyor. İkinci olarak zorluklarla karşılaştığımızda verdiğimiz tepkileri kontrol edebilmek. Başarıya giden yolda karşılaştığımız elbette birçok zorluk var. Ama şunu hatırlayalım, başarısızlık, bizi hedefe götüren bir adım aslında. Her seferinde bu zorlukları aştığımız zaman, gerçek potansiyelimizi keşfetmeye başlıyoruz. Bir diğer önemli konu da zaman yönetimi. Hepimiz zamanın nasıl geçtiğini hissediyoruz, değil mi? Hatta bazen hissedemiyoruz bile, öylece geçip gidiyor! Eğer bir şeyi yapmak için "yeterli zamanım yok" demeye başladıysak, belki de zamanı daha etkili kullanma yollarını düşünmenin vakti gelmiş olabilir. Ah! çok uzun bir cümle. Günlük rutinler oluşturmak, zaman yönetiminin temel taşlarından biri aslında. Rutinler, bize gün içindeki yapacaklarımızı düzenleme ve planlama konusunda oldukça yardımcı oluyor. Ancak unutmamamız gereken bir şey var: rutinlerin esnek olması lazım. Yani eğer çatkapı bir misafiriniz gelirse ya da bir anda acil bir işiniz çıkarsa diye, bu rutinler telafi edilebilir olması lazım :) ... Çiçeklerimi suladım ve sonra kedimi besledim. Sabah egzersizi yaptıktan sonra klasik bir Türk kahvaltısı yaptım. Klasik bir Türk kahvaltısında neler var biliyor musunuz? Genelde Türk kahvaltısında peynir olmazsa olmaz bir yiyecektir. Zeytin de öyle. Zaten kahvaltı dediğimizde “peynir ve zeytin” ayrılmaz ikilidir. Klasik bir Türk kahvaltısında domates ve salatalık da görmek mümkün. Bazı insanlar bunlara ek olarak bal, kaymak, kızarmış yumurta ya da menemen de ekliyorlar. Elbette çaysız bir Türk kahvaltısı düşünülemez. Bazıları için ekmeksiz bir Türk kahvaltısı da aslında gerçek bir Türk kahvaltısı değildir. Neyse, ne diyordum? ...
