Marta has gone out to the wild, wild world and met two groups of students to discuss the topic of career design and redesign. The students have shared their key challenges which Marta, Anna and Dennis have taken up and discussed.
The 5 challenges:
- Knowing/being sure that what I choose will satisfy me for a long time or choosing the right path
- Discipline and laziness
- Finding the courage to cross personal challenges, boundaries to step out of the comfort zone
- Knowing your value, strengths and weaknesses
- Hard to foresee how it’s going to be in 5 years for me
