What would we like our 20-year-old self to know when we started working with children? 
With over 30 years of experience, we reflect on what we wish we knew when we were starting out. There are a few positions that allow you to focus on one area when it comes to youth development. You may be called the camp director, but you also run after school, teen, and sports programs in the “off-season”. This podcast focuses on you, the youth development professional worker.
