Lctns presents its new initiative to spread awareness about mental & physical health.It will be divided in 2 seasons. Season 1 will be focused on mental health & Season 2 will be focusing on physical health & for the first time it will be in the form of podcast & In these podcasts we’re gonna be joined by Experts of these fields They will be enlightening us on the topics related to the mental & physical well being of the person. We will be launching our podcasts on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month.
