Today, we answer the question : how do I know if I need to "heal?

My name is Dr. Abbey and I am super passionate about helping people heal all aspects of their lives. I believe that when we heal one aspect of our lives, the other aspects fall into place.  I know that healing can be a beautiful journey and when we start to heal, everything around us also heals.  This is where I offer valuable insights and a fresh look on the same old topics that we all deal with in our  lives. I will talk with people in different healing fields, people on their own healing journey, as well as share with you my own insights as I go through my path.
