Introduction
What is desire & arousal?
Brakes & Accelerators.
I push myself and then I feel bad about that. (consent vs negating oneself)
Saying ‘not now’ vs pushing myself through it.
We have different levels of desire.
I have some ‘conditions’ that I want for intimacy. 1
My spouse doesn’t seem to hear what I really want.
It just feels mechanical. How do I bring that up?
Anxiety about pregnancy is getting in the way.
