Our wisdom of the ages, suggests there is something magical that begins to happen to us, if we will just find the time and space to enter into a state of perfect brilliant stillness on a regular ongoing daily basis. E.G. We start to heal our brains, our bodies, and our biggest possible minds potential to help ourselves keep on ‘insighting’ our way, the most ‘brilliantly’ possible, forward. I mean, how can we ever hope to manifest great peaceful, totally full of loving-ness lives for ourselves? Insofar as we keep letting the least peaceful, mad dog mere ‘thinking’ based, endlessly dwelling on what we don’t want, mostly worst case scenarios generating minds, keep ruling us.
