I ask you to please not shy away from potential discomfort, which can inherently perpetuate white supremacist culture. I lovingly challenge you to be here with me. To feel it and be here and breathe. To show up fully in the world, whole, for all that it is: painful, joyful, ugly, beautiful, frightening, and magical.&nbsp;
