May is mental health awareness month. Over the last 50 years, there has been an astonishing increase in severe mental illness. It has been stated that mental health illness in America is an epidemic.  Today’s episode, we are talking about the importance of monitoring our mental health, and how to recognize when we are just going through life’s challenges, or if we are dealing with a mental crisis and where to turn to get help.
