Farewell to Sam Faddis — Patriot, Truth Teller, and Friend

America has lost a friend and a patriot, and so have I. Sam Faddis—retired CIA operations officer, frequent guest on this show, and a man who became my friend even though I never met him in person—passed away quietly at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia on the evening of July 25, 2026 with his wife, four children, and family by his side. I read the statement from his family, who asked for privacy and thanked the doctors, medical staff, and all of you for your prayers and support. I first came across Sam through Hillsdale College’s free Imprimis, where he wrote about what had gone wrong at the CIA and how to fix it—brave, objective, and always productive. Sam told the truth about everything, including how to right this ship. We’ll miss him terribly.
