For episode 3, we investigate how mindfulness can be accessible in daily life. In summary, we feel mindfulness comes from slowing down, and making more time to pay attention in learning about our actions and/or reactions.
Experiencing daily life in high intensity, places the mind in a stressful environment but being mindful allows us to be more aware of breakthroughs, achievements, and the areas we take for granted.
