Ronnell's story is rich with entrepreneurship starting at a young age. His parents decided to move out west when he was just four years old to create a new life and take on the adventures of entrepreneurship with the first Black Beauty Supply of Utah.

At only eight years old, Ronnell learned his talent of public speaking and has been thriving in the world of building long-lasting relationships in business, sales, and of course, bourbon. 

Ronnell is currently the founder of Business and Bourbon, where he fulfills his desire to help educate and entertain professionals through sharing his and other business veterans' core truths. Listen in to his ride through life!
