Sometimes the greatest danger in the Christian life isn’t running away from God-it’s getting “Lost In The Field”. You can be in church every week, doing the right things, saying the right words, “Working for or serving God” (so to speak) and yet quietly begin to think, “God, I’ve earned something from You.”  In our passage today, Jesus speaks directly to that kind of heart through the older brother - he “Missed His Fathers Heart”.
