Happy One Year to my love, Your Big Sister! Thank you everyone who’s tuned in, shared an episode with a friend, reposted on social media and those that have reached out with encouraging, positive feedback and support.  Today’s episode is a recap on my Christmas break, starting the new semester, and opening up with my mental battle regarding resolutions, setting goals for myself, and how I’m trying to facilitate meaningful change stemming from gratitude and positive reflection and not from the dissection of all things “wrong” in my life. There’s always so much to be grateful for, despite the adversity we face in our relationships/every day life, so it’s important to be reminded of that, and keep that truth in the front &amp; center of our minds.  Happy anniversary YBS.
