We’ll hear from Len Pennie, a young Scottish internet sensation who’s recently been on the receiving end of toxic and abusive comments on social media.   Katie Ferguson from Respect Me - Scotland's Anti-Bullying Service is also joining us.

Capital's Katy J is joined by positive mental health advocate, Fergus Crawley. We'll hear about his own personal journey and give you practical tips on what you can do to help lessen any negative feelings or thoughts.
