<p>In this episode, I present you Dr Oyinkansola Akinpelu, a surgical resident PGY2 at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She left Nigeria at 16, without her parents, moved to the US, pute herself through nursing school, and then earned her nurse practitioner liscence. Later on she decided that she wanted to know more and put herself back in medical school and eventually decided to become a surgeon.</p>
