About Jessyca Rusyn

Jessyca Rusyn’s main career focus is developing and executing action plans to transform company goals into tangible results.  After graduating from Lakehead University with a Bachelor of Engineering she started working with Bombardier Transportation in their supply chain department where she quickly realized she had a knack for finding cost savings opportunities and effectively running teams to turn those opportunities into actual savings for the company.  To advance her career and obtain a more holistic view of how companies operate, she moved to Toronto stepping into a Program Management role with Bombardier’s Aerospace division; simultaneously she obtained her MBA from Ryerson University, completed her PMP, and became a Certified Scrum Master.  Jessyca now works as a Supplier Manager for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Ltd. where she negotiates some of her company’s biggest cost savings opportunities, new revenue pipelines, and contract restitutions.
