"Time for one of my sad-bitch-to-bad-bitch moments!" LOL. Got triggered at work, this is me calming myself down and using the emotions as a catalyst for healing and expanding my perspective.

(P.S. I think it's FUNNY that I thought I might feel bad about this in the future. Just goes to show how clouded a heightened emotional state can make our perception!)
