If we look for a purpose, we can find several to choose from as a nation of the melanated race.  Given the profound nature of our brokenness, where do we begin the reestablishment of the dismantled legacy of our ancestors.  The gift of melanin is that we never lose a step as all the steps are incorporated into our own DNA.  The more we rise to the higher self, the more we become aware of the matters that are most important to us as a people.
