Today we host a developer that is leading one of the most prominent mixed-use active developments in Houston. He is the Co-Founding Principal at Collaborate, Saul Valentin. 

Saul has been involved in more than one billion square feet of design and construction space. Today, Saul’s focus is on developing Village Center, a large P3 development in Jersey Village, that integrates Office, Multi-Family, Retail, and Hospitality.
