Professor Tim Noakes holds numerous degrees relating to sports science and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at CPUT. The professor has published more than 750 scientific books and articles and he has founded the "The Noakes Foundation", an organization focused on providing high-quality research for his prescribed diet.
