On this episode, we talk with Kimberly Reckman who is currently a Global Trade Specialist with Bayer Crop Sciences. Growing up on a family farm, Kimberly has experienced agriculture at all different levels from local production to international exports. Exploring some of the challenges that come along with transitioning careers, and switching companies, we talk through some of the factors that are important to consider when making these changes. Stressing the importance of work-life balance, Kimberly talks us through some of the decisions she had to make when transitioning to a new career.
