Jeffery was accused of a robbery/murder at the age of 18. With two other men, one being only 17. The murder took place in Jeffery's home city. Tulsa Oklahoma in 1991. The whole case involves corruption as well as a racial motivations. During a time of a crack epidemic, and height of street gang awareness. I should point out this is not a closed case.
