Jesus COMMENDS the church of Ephesus for being a DISCIPLING church… a 1 Cor.
Jesus COMMENDS the church of Ephesus for being a DISCIPLINED church. #WordStrong
Jesus COMMENDS the church of Ephesus for being a DISCIPLINING church. #WordStrong
The Ephesus Church could BEAR the trouble, labor, trials, difficulty, hardships & persecution they faced for Christ & His work. #WordStrong
What the Ephesus Church could NOT BEAR, however, was someone who professed to know Christ but lived an evil life. #WordStrong
We can “bear them which are evil”—but can’t bear the thought of approaching another believer in the spirit of Gal.
Jesus actually COMMENDS the church of Ephesus for their INTOLERANCE! They called out false doctrine/teachers! #WordStrong
Jesus actually COMMENDS the church of Ephesus for HATING the deeds of the Nicolaitans. (Jesus HATED ’em too!) #WordStrong
Though the church of Ephesus was CONNECTED to all the right beliefs & actions—they had become DISCONNECTED from Jesus! #WordStrong
