Colleen Schell is a motivational speaker who created a framework designed to help people craft stories based on the wisdom of their lives that engage, ignite, and inspire audiences. She tells me how she started off suited and booted in the corporate world, an expert at being “Corporate Colleen” before falling in love with hearing people’s stories and determined to take it to the next level. Colleen shares sooo many golden truths on how having someone to listen to your story means you can truly hear yourself and how the most powerful stories we have are the ones we tell ourselves. You’re going to learn all about how going internal and changing ourselves can completely change our worldview and how we view our deepest wants. 

She also shares some behind-the-scenes secrets on how important rehearsals are before taking to the stage to find the sweet spot between being overemotional (which I would definitely struggle with!) and completely shutting down your emotional body to the point where an audience can’t connect to you. In other words, having sadness, but not letting the sadness have you. Incredible.
