Welcome to Word Vomit the podcast that gives friendly advice to those who are wondering about whether or not to take the leap and travel. 

As I am currently eating a plant based diet I shall be giving advice on those thinking about making the change whether that means going plant based altogether or just incorporating more plants into their diet, as well as those typical questions all us plant eaters get, such as where do you get your protein? and what do you eat? 

I will also be touching on travelling as a black women and comments I have received.
