Because of that, our earthly fathers disciplined us and therefore our heavenly Father, the Father of spirits will also discipline us so that we may bear peaceable fruit of righteousness, be holy as He is holy and in the end live. Proverbs 15:10b says, he who hate chastening shall die. We want to live. And if we want to live then we should embrace discipline. Besides, how do we know we are God's legit children?&nbsp;
