What even IS creativity?
That seems to be the question that Elizabeth Gilbert set out to answer when she wrote Big Magic. She defines creativity as a relationship between a human being and the mysteries inspiration.
Throughout her book, she creates relationships with big vague concepts like curiosity, creativity, and fear- plus other more “concrete” concepts like her passion for writing.
& if we approach our lives as a mutual relationship, not just between people, but between even the more magical things in our world- what might we discover about ourselves?
