Laura Warnod is the founder of the Culture Cabinet, a workplace and social innovation agency serving the fashion industry. She believes that brands have lost “touch” with their workers and society creating a never-ending loop of frustration, disillusion, and negative impact on their customers. Her mission is to inspire, coach, and support fashion organizations on their journey to human-first leadership.
Laura is a servant leader driven by the huge potential for the workplace, engagement, and social and environmental innovation and a passionate believer that we could do so by giving a voice and platform to those who are tirelessly trying to change the world every day.
During her entrepreneurial journey, she realized that the real changemakers were mostly actors behind the scene. We keep hearing success stories of people with experience and power but what if we could create a community and a space for those who are building the future? A space to hear from those who are in the process of failing and learning and use their passion, purpose, and humanity as a superpower to change the world.
They are what she calls “WonderWorkers”, the modern and visionary changemakers who are navigating their part of history alongside global health challenges, social injustice, inflation, political strife, climate change, technological disruption, and misinformation… but who nevertheless fight for their dream future.
This is an invitation to you as a responsible leader, entrepreneur, aspiring changemaker, or young individual who is navigating this age to feel inspired and empowered to change the world, too.
We Are Wonder Workers, a community of change-makers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring ones who use their superpowers collectively to change the world.
So… Are you ready to uncover your superpower?
