Women of Root

Kristy Kindinger, Root Senior Consultant, human-centered design expert and all-around creative spark, joins the podcast today. It's a particularly topical and relevant episode, as Kristy shares her experience being laid off at the job she had before Root. In light of Root's recent announcement, Kristy was generous and brave in telling her story, hoping that it can help heal some of the wounds of Rootsters leaving, drive conversations with Rootsters staying, and generate empathy in all directions.
