When I heard about the empty nester story from Torie I could totally relate. I was so ready to continue my adventures as they did theirs. We need to know that we are not alone.

Age is a parameter we put on ourselves
As a woman in my mid-50s, a life coach, and therapist, it has bothered me for some time that more people are not talking about life in "the middle". There is a lot of information about other life stages but not this one. Thank goodness for Suzy. She covers the challenges AND opportunities that come with being a woman in the middle. What I love about this podcast is that it celebrates the power of women at this age. It's all too common for society to dismiss women once they reach a certain age and women dismiss themselves too! Women need to hear they are not alone and this podcast proves that mid-life women have so much to offer. From career transitions to exploring new passions and interests, the episodes are packed with practical advice and inspiring stories. It's a reminder that age is just a number and that there's so much life left to live. It can even be a whole new beginning!

Not stuck in the middle
So many nuggets to take away from these podcasts. I love the information to empower us over 50 to be seen and to not dim our flame.

Blueprint to intentional living
I love hearing other women talk about experiencing the same things I am. Life before 50 is often driven by outside forces like family and career. After 50 it can be overwhelming to shift toward creating what you want intentionally. This podcast provides a blueprint to do that.

Suzy is a Midlife Mensch
You can tell Suzy does her homework. No winging it or “good enough,” which there is far too much of on podcasts these days. I love the variety of topics and guests. Totally worth the time to tune in

Authentic and Empowering!
I just discovered Women in the Middle and absolutely love Suzy’s authentic and empowering approach to supporting women who seek good news and support for their second chapter! I listened to her recent conversation with Angela Jia Kim and it was an inspiring reminder that aging is more about acquiring additional wisdom than becoming irrelevant. I loved Angela’s explanation of radiance and its connection to aging and beauty, it was so encouraging. Highly recommend!

Ep #209 found me!
Suzy I listened to Ep 225, but it is 209 that really resonates with me. Yes, I believe in following my intuition. When I am not "busy busy" I can listen, and actually hear as I navigate through my 2nd act. What a great episode defined and supported by science. Thanks! Margo Lovetts

What an amazing podcast. I did some research and recommended this to an aunt of mine a few months back and she has thanked me on multiple occasions for sending it to her. Podcast #192 - We all need a coconut "bonk" now and then!
Episode 192 on the Fear of Dying Too Soon was a "bonk to the head" that I needed. Suzy Rosenstein has a special gift for approaching the not-so-fun parts of life these days. She also reminds so well that even if the thoughts we have seem natural, they don't have to keep us stuck. Thanks Suzy!

Just what I needed
I’m not over 50 but I feel I live the life of a woman over 50. I’ve been married to my husband for 27 years. I have 4 children (3 in their 30’s and 1 in late 20’s). I have 5 grandkids and I’ve been in the same job for 20 years. I have been in my “funk” for over 8 years. I started listening today from episode 1. In just the 5 episodes I’ve listened to today is exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Getting Unstuck in the middle!
Thank you for always chatting with me in my Jeep to work every day through your podcasts! I’m so glad I’ve found you! I’ve just recently retired from the army after 25 years, I’m getting ready to turn 47 years young this year (how is this possible), I’ve started teaching high school, have a husband and two youngsters of my own and over the last year I’ve felt completely lost regarding who I am now and where I’m supposed to be going in life. I feel like there is something bigger for me out there but I’ve been stuck figuring it out. Your podcast has really helped me start thinking about things a little clearer and I just love your oh so relatable stories ♥️ thank you for doing what you do! #womensupportingwomen
