Today we’re speaking with Pedro Villalon, an entrepreneur originally from Mexico City and now living in Vancouver for the last ten years. He’s a beverage expert and has been sourcing unique teas from all over Asia by backpacking through mountains and meeting farmers face to face. His amazing tea bar called O5 has been running for 8 years in Kitsilano and has been a beacon of innovation and education for local tea community.
