Solange Prat is a singer and songwriter from Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a songwriter, she is influenced by a multitude of different musical styles including Latin American rhythms like chacarera, candombe, bossa nova, cumbia, as well as other genres such as soul, funk, R&B and rock. Her musical journey has also been quite diverse, singing in a rock band as a teenager, then starring in musical theater shows, headlining as lead singer of the Williamsburg Salsa Orchestra, and now producing her first solo album called Loop.
