I have been sick and busy, but mostly avoiding doing this video!

What I learned: 
 1. Was mad at myself, her and God
	-We condition people on how to treat us with what we allow 

2. If we don’t give people a chance to show us who they are at their best we really won’t ever know them 

3. I don’t like the word Strategies, I would rather say techniques

4. God is in the waiting

What I am going to work on this week:
   1. Allowing  people to be them selves and not be wrong about it

2. Talking about the hard stuff

3. Keep working on my peace

This is real! Thoughts about “strategies” for anxiety and depression.
