With "the holidays" approaching across much of the world - regardless of what holidays we're all observing, I figured now is as good a time as any to talk about how to ground & center. None of us are born knowing how to do it, and sometimes it just sort of seems like those words get tossed around without any context or instruction. It's the ultimate in self care for a witch.
