More than ever in this age of Coronavirus, an unstable world, and social media-induced fear -- so many of us deal with fears about our future...near term and longer term. What if bad things happen, what if x doesn't end, what if I get coronavirus, what if, what if, what if! Fortunately, there is both timeless, proven wisdom from Stoicism and Buddhism as well as modern cognitive behavioral therapy that we can apply to completely reframe how you think about not only your fears about the "what ifs" but taking back control of fear, where you are going and why, and how to become unflappable in the face of upcoming stresses and life happenings and fears.
