According to a paper published by the Diversity and Inclusion Business Council (DIBC) pre COVID-19 ethnic minority led businesses contributed a staggering £25-32 billion to the UK economy per year. Therefore, for the UK to retain its position as a global economic power-house post COVID-19, BAME businesses are essential to help re-start the UK economy.
