..everything we were not  particularly expecting from Facebook but definitely got from their VP Facebook EMEA, Lady Nicola Mendelsohn CBE. When I sat down to watch her webinar, I was expecting to be bored, if I am honest.  However, 1 hour later, it was as if the fresh wind of change had filled the room.  She was insightful, open, honest and quite frankly, almost brought me to tears.  She spoke at length about various aspects of her experience at Facebook over the last four months. And she really got very personal about her own health struggles and her response as a FACEBOOK leader to George Floyd and the  Black Lives Matter movement.
