Each episode of Winnie &amp; Bill Chat, Winnie will present 9 photos to Bill on their Quiet Shutter Photo Instagram account. Bill will describe the photo and they will discuss what went into that photo, the back story, the things you might be surprised about. The topics will be eclectic.
