Britt Young is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in counseling couples struggling with infidelity, disconnection, and relationship conflict. She is also the owner of Xplor Counseling, LLC, a group counseling practice with 25 clinicians and four locations across Oahu. Britt uses Emotionally Focused Therapy as her main modality to help couples find secure attachments with each other and work through painful experiences and interactions. She also helps couples learn how to use healthy communication to create opportunities for understanding, even in the midst of conflict. Before becoming a therapist, Britt was a news reporter and meteorologist for KGMB in Honolulu.
