In Episode 76 we talk about the complexity of spiritual rebirth. Just like literal birth, spiritual rebirth is messy and can expose a lot of the fear we're holding. The profound shift of the rebirth process is bringing more love through expansion and flow into the contraction and stagnation of our fear.
