In Episode 71 we discuss the ingredients that make up a spiritual connection and why it's so important to see past our surface differences to the Divine spark that exists within each of us. This meditation is designed to send love to all the connections in our lives, both on this physical plane and beyond. We send love out into all of these connections for the highest good without expectation of anything in return, but love begets love, and so our ability to deeply connect on a spiritual level is strengthened.
