In this episode I welcome the one & only Jenny Milton onto the podcast. Jenny and I have been friends since I was a kid, when I met her I always looked up to her for her amazing energy and constant happiness and elder statesmen of adrenaline and chasing life.

She comes from a family of doers her brother Micheal Milton's a Paralympic legend and Australia's most decorated Winter Paralympian. He also has the world record for fastest man on skis on one leg!! So we know that Jenny is cut from a different cloth, in this episode we chat about growing up as a ballet and freestyle skier in Australia in the 80's, owning and running one of Australia's largest ski, snowboard and rollerblade stores and selling up everything and going to Alaska to go Heli boarding in the late 1990's .

We talk about getting into snowkiting, compete on the world kiteboarding tour, and her up coming all female group trip to snowkite across Greenland's largest ice shelf.

Jenny is a one of a kind ball of positive energy an adrenaline seeker with a knack for life that is highly contagious.
