Before Eve, there was Lilith — the sacred one who refused to bow. The one who chose her worth over belonging. The wild mother of the woman who knows she was made equal, whole, and holy on her own.

In this episode, we reclaim Lilith as the first sovereign woman: a soul who chose self-ownership over compliance, exile over silence, and her own truth over someone else’s authority.

We’ll explore her myth beyond demonization, honor her as a mirror of sacred refusal, and ask where you are still being asked to make yourself small. Lilith teaches us that sometimes the most holy act is walking away from the garden that can no longer hold who we are. Lilith asks when we are willing to face the truth that the garden is really a prison when you have to check your true self at the door to stay.

If you’ve ever chosen truth over belonging, or felt the fire of being the paradox of "too much and not enough at the same time woman” — this episode is for you.

Reflection Prompts/Oracle Prompts:

  • 1. Where in my life have I been asked to “bow,” to make myself smaller to maintain belonging?
  • 2. What truth in me has been asking for a voice — even if speaking it risks rejection?
  • 3. What would it mean to choose my soul’s integrity over comfort?
  • 4. What fear arises when I imagine walking away from the garden that keeps me small?
