2020 quickly became the year of unprecedented events. What we’ve experienced the last 12 months has been nothing short of traumatic and it’s natural to be feeling grief or loss right now- grief for those that have been hurt, or have passed away, loss for a life we had planned on living last year, and even this year. 

With so many people in pain, we decided to dedicate this session to grief and loss- how we experience it, the different ways it can manifest itself, and how we can help others who are in the grieving process.
