Andrea Freiermuth has already completed numerous solo multi day international bicycle tours when I caught up with her at her home in Zürich, Switzerland. She is now planning possibly her greatest adventure yet, cycling from Zürich, Switzerland to Beijing, China, July 2018. The twist - she is using an electric bicycle (ebike). I ask her why she does it - why does she bike?
