Did you know The New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade is one of the oldest in New England and the sixth-longest-running parade in America?  Corned Beef is one of our favorite traditional Irish-American St. Patty’s Day meal, but the Soda Bread is where it’s at!  (Here’s Martha’s Irish Soda Bread recipe!)  There’s no shortage of Irish Pubs in the Northeast, but if you’re out West, Jack Quinn’s is the Irish pub in Colorado Springs that Christen mentioned and Kilkenny’s is the Irish-est pub in Tulsa, OK.
