Today's guest is Lane Kawaoka, real estate investor and founder of Simple Passive Cashflow. Lane teaches others how to escape the rat race by learning about investing in real estate and how to build their portfolios. While working as an engineer out of college and throughout graduate school, Lane quickly learned that he did not want to be stuck in the cycle of constantly working with minimal monetary returns. He made his first investment and over the years built it up to where he could make it his full-time career.
