Today's guest is Lauren Mross, a principal, strategist, and designer at Brandshake Creative. Lauren shares how she has known since junior year of high school what she wanted to do for her career, and how she's been doing it ever since. She attended VCU in the late 90s; which happened to be the perfect time because the graphic design industry was just starting to gain traction to form the foundation of what it is now. She has seen the industry grow, and in the process has adapted herself by keeping up with new technologies and tools being used.
